JOB OVERVIEW

FAT, Inc. is a Wisconsin construction hauling and transportation-capacity company building a reliable network of
independent dump-truck owners and trucking businesses. We are hiring a remote specialist to recruit qualified
trucking partners, conduct professional outbound calls, maintain accurate HubSpot records, collect onboarding
documents, and keep truck availability current. This is a phone-heavy relationship-building role, not a generic
data-entry VA position.
 Responsibilities: research Wisconsin owner-operators and trucking companies; call and qualify decision-
makers; document quad-/tri-/tandem-axle, end-dump and tractor-trailer capacity; obtain service area,
availability and rates; coordinate W-9, COI, workers-comp evidence and FAT agreement; maintain HubSpot;
escalate management approvals; provide daily capacity reports.
 Requirements: excellent conversational and written English; strong outbound phone confidence; reliable
internet/headset; organized CRM documentation; U.S. Central Time overlap; professional handling of sensitive
business documents.
 Preferred: experience in B2B prospecting, driver/carrier recruiting, freight brokerage, dispatch, construction,
insurance compliance or HubSpot.
