JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based travel nursing staffing company hiring a motivated Recruiter to connect nurses with travel assignments. This is a relationship-driven, high-activity role with real earning potential and a clear path to pay growth.

What you'll do: Outbound calls, texts, and emails to travel nurses — screen candidates, match them to assignments, present pay packages, and close placements.

What we need: 1–3 years recruiting or sales experience, strong spoken English, ATS/CRM familiarity, and availability for our EST split-shift schedule (8–10am & 3–7pm EST, Mon–Fri).

Compensation: $750/month base + $175 per placement bonus.
