JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, creating tailor-made travel itineraries, preparing quotations and managing bookings from enquiry through to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone
Create tailor-made holiday itineraries and quotations
Book flights, hotels, transfers, trains and tours
Liaise with overseas suppliers and travel partners
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Handle amendments, cancellations and customer queries
Maintain accurate booking records and travel documents
Requirements:
Previous experience in travel or tourism is preferred
Good destination and travel knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings
Passion for travel and creating memorable holidays
