JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Travel Booking Specialist to assist international and foreign clients with their travel arrangements. This role focuses on researching travel options, making and managing reservations, handling changes and cancellations, and providing timely customer support to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

The ideal candidate has experience working with international customers and is comfortable handling travel bookings across different countries, time zones, airlines, hotels, and travel providers.


Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for international and foreign clients regarding their travel booking needs.
Research and compare flights, hotels, car rentals, activities, and other travel options based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets.
Make and manage international travel reservations accurately and efficiently.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, rebooking, and other travel-related requests.
Monitor booking details, travel dates, availability, and changes to ensure all information is accurate.
Assist clients with travel-related questions and resolve booking issues promptly.
Communicate professionally and clearly with international clients via email, chat, and phone.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel providers when needed.
Provide accurate booking confirmations, travel details, and relevant updates to clients.
Maintain organized and accurate customer and booking records.
Manage multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international travel companies, OTAs, airlines, hotels, or travel agencies.
Experience using travel booking platforms, reservation systems, or GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
Experience handling international flight and hotel reservations.
Knowledge of airline, hotel, and car rental policies.
Experience processing refunds, cancellations, rebooking, and travel credits.
Familiarity with airline and hotel loyalty programs, points, and rewards.
Experience supporting clients from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or other international markets is a plus.
Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
