JOB OVERVIEW

Sprint Labs is looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join one of our client teams. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience handling travel bookings, customer enquiries, and itinerary coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel enquiries
- Research and recommend flights, hotels, transportation, and travel options based on customer requirements
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries
- Handle flight and hotel bookings, changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers when required
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and booking conditions
- Respond to customer enquiries through email, chat, and phone
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records
- Assist customers with travel-related concerns before, during, and after their trip
- Provide professional and timely customer service

Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, Reservation Agent, or similar role
- Experience handling flight and hotel reservations
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, or online reservation tools is highly preferred
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone when required
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling names, dates, fares, and travel documents
- Able to manage multiple bookings and customer requests simultaneously
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup

Nice to Have
- Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo/Travelport, or similar GDS platforms
- Experience working with an international travel agency or overseas customers
- Knowledge of international airfare, hotel reservations, and travel documentation
- Experience handling booking amendments, refunds, and cancellations
