JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small team running a 3-month project to modernize our training approach. We’re looking for someone with a background in digital learning, training design, and process transformation to help us move from static, manual oversight into a more intuitive, self-paced, AI supported learning model.

This is a project-based role, and you’ll be working closely with subject matter experts to capture tacit knowledge and turn it into clear, structured training pathways.

You will:
• Review current training materials and identify challenges that contribute to our low training success.
• Work to convert tacit knowledge into workable, immersive learning that does not require high levels of in person support.
• Redesign onboarding and upskilling into interactive, self-paced modules.
• Integrate digital learning tools, scenario-based exercises, and automated evaluation steps.
• Align training milestones with practical performance outcomes.

Requirements:
• Experience designing or improving training programs, especially in digital or technical learning environments.
• Familiarity with modern learning tools and approaches (AI supported platforms, interactive modules, scenario simulators).
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and technical precision.
• Background in compliance, technical, or risk related training is a plus.
