Trainee Analyst (Finance + Crypto) — Industry Tokenization
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Full-Time Trainee (3–6 months, with long-term role potential)

The Role
We’re seeking a curious, driven Trainee Analyst to research industries, analyze markets, and explore how tokenization can transform them. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn directly from Web3 founders, gain real exposure to both traditional finance and blockchain, and help shape a brand-new role in the future economy.
You’ll start by researching industries (size, key players, opportunities), studying how stock markets value them, and then helping translate those insights into tokenization strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Research global industries (e.g. ticketing, transport, fashion, real estate).
- Analyze market trends, stock valuations, and competitive landscapes.
- Track token projects, DeFi models, and crypto industry developments.
- Draft concise research briefs (2–5 pages) with clear takeaways.
- Support the design of industry token opportunity maps.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of markets, industries, and economics.
- Curiosity about crypto/Web3.
- Self-starter who can work independently and deliver on deadlines.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with stock or crypto trading.
- Knowledge of Excel/Sheets modeling or data analysis tools.
- Prior internships in consulting, finance, or research.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting salary: $500–$800/month (depending on experience).
- Performance-based increases and token/equity upside.
- Growth path to Junior Analyst ($800–$1,200/month) and beyond.
- Mentorship and exposure to a global Web3 ecosystem.

- Key players/companies.
- Main opportunities and challenges.
- How tokenization could improve or disrupt this industry.
3) Submit your brief as a Google Doc or PDF along with your application.
