About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who can help us improve website conversion rates and tracking while managing Meta & Google Ads. You’ll also set up reporting dashboards in Go High Level so we can clearly see performance across our locations and offers.
What You’ll Do:
Set up Google Tag Manager + GA4 for tracking.
Build dashboards in Go High Level with key metrics (Spend, Clicks, CPC, CVR, CPL, Leads %, Booked Jobs, AOV, ROAS, Payback Days).
Manage Meta & Google Ads tracking/analytics.
Automate workflows with UTM tracking
Connect and schedule social media inside GHL.
Work on CRO for landing pages & websites.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM + GA4.
Hands-on with Go High Level (dashboards, workflows).
Familiar with CRO and UTM tracking.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
