JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Tracking & Digital Marketing Specialist to set up and manage robust tracking infrastructures for our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring website tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection, performance measurement, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement website tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and other relevant platforms.
- Configure and optimize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to provide detailed insights into website traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
- Ensure accurate event tracking, conversion tracking, and cross-platform data consistency.
- Provide clear documentation and step-by-step instructions for clients regarding tracking setups and best practices.
- Collaborate on SEO and Google Ads (SEA) initiatives where tracking and performance marketing overlap.
- Support campaign tracking for paid media, including media buying, ad placement, and optimization (if applicable).
- Analyze data and generate meaningful reports to help clients make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with website tracking implementation and tag management systems.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and performance marketing tracking principles.
- Experience working with B2B clients.
- Technical proficiency in implementing tracking codes, debugging, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads (SEA); ability to connect tracking with campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience in media buying and campaign optimization is a strong plus.
- Ability to create clear documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- German language skills are an advantage but not required.
