JOB OVERVIEW

GH Logistics is a growing freight brokerage and asset based logistics company specializing in dry van and reefer freight. Our team is built on strong systems, clear communication, and reliable execution. As we continue to scale nationally, we are looking for a Track & Trace Assistant – Quality Assurance to help ensure that every load is verified, compliant, and properly tracked before it moves.

Role Overview
Your work directly prevents missed pickups, tracking gaps, compliance issues, and communication breakdowns while collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, and Management to ensure loads move smoothly and safely with clear SOPs, structured workflows, and strong team support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Review next-day loads before execution and verify all load, driver, appointment, and equipment details for accuracy.
• Make frequent outbound phone calls to carriers to confirm compliance, reachability, pickup/delivery details, appointment times, equipment requirements, and any potential issues.
• Verify driver compliance, including CDL validity, and confirm active tracking through FourKites and/or Samsara.
• Update and maintain accurate information in the TMS and QA trackers, including tenders, documentation, findings, and load-related notes.
• Identify and escalate issues that do not meet operational standards, maintain organized records, and support ongoing process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For
• Experience in U.S. logistics, freight, tracking, quality assurance, or operational auditing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit, verify information, and follow SOPs consistently.
• Clear written and verbal English communication with drivers and internal teams.
• Organized, independent, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured remote environment.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement, with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

Work Setup & Schedule
• Full-time remote role with direct hire to a U.S.-based company.
• Current shift availability: Friday–Tuesday, 10 AM–7 PM CDT | Saturday - Wednesday 8 AM - 5 PM CDT
• Zoom presence with camera on is required throughout the scheduled shift.
• Time-tracking software is used for attendance, accountability, and performance support.
