About Us
Female Foodie Tours is a luxury culinary travel company based in the USA. We run intimate, all-inclusive food tours across Italy for women — think handmade pasta in Tuscany, truffle hunting in Bologna, rooftop dinners in Rome. We're a small, tight-knit remote team that's growing fast (11 tours this year, 17 next year) and we take hospitality seriously. Our guests pay premium prices and expect a flawless experience.
Why This Role is Different
Most companies hiring remote coordinators hand you a mess and say "figure it out." Not us. We've built detailed systems, checklists, and templates for everything. Your job isn't to create the process — it's to own it, run it perfectly, and flag anything that needs attention. If you're the kind of person who loves checking every box and sleeping well knowing nothing slipped through the cracks, this role was made for you.
You'll work directly with our CEO and a small operations team. There's real ownership here — when a tour goes off without a hitch because every vendor showed up, every hotel was confirmed, and every detail landed, that's your win.
What You'll Do
Manage relationships with 30+ vendors across Italy (hotels, restaurants, guides, transport) — confirming bookings, sending reminders, and ensuring nothing falls through
Track tour preparation milestones and make sure every deadline is hit weeks before guests arrive
Coordinate vendor payments through our international payment platform
Arrange staff travel logistics (flights, accommodations) for tour hosts
Maintain our CRM with accurate, up-to-date vendor records
Identify backup vendors so we're never caught off guard
What Success Looks Like
Every vendor confirmed well before tour day — zero surprises
All preparation milestones completed on schedule
Payments set up accurately and on time
Clean, reliable data in our systems
What We're Looking For
2+ years of remote work experience
Excellent written English — you'll be
Experience with CRM or project management tools (Airtable experience is a plus)
Someone who follows processes precisely and asks questions when something's unclear
Comfortable learning AI tools (we use Claude to help with drafting and research)
Reliable internet with a backup plan for outages
Bonus Points
Hospitality, travel, or events background
Experience working with European contacts or across time zones
Familiarity with international payment tools (Stripe, Airwallex, Wise)
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours/week. Flexible within CET business hours (European time zone). We'll find a schedule that works for both sides.
Compensation
?60,000/month base salary
HMO healthcare coverage
Filipino Holidays and Paid time off
Quarterly performance bonus
Long-term role with a growing company — we're building a team, not hiring task workers
