JOB OVERVIEW

Top-Tier Video Editor & Social Media Creative — Senior Level

We are hiring a high-level video editor and social media creative who can produce content at an exceptional professional standard.

This is not an entry-level editing role.

We want someone who is fast, sharp, creative, technically excellent, and capable of producing polished social-media content with cinematic quality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

* Editing high-quality short-form social media videos
* Editing long-form and medium-form content when required
* Creating multiple fresh variations from existing footage
* Using the latest **AI video and creative tools** to improve speed, quality, and output
* Creating strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
* Repurposing long-form content into high-performing Shorts, Reels, and TikToks
* Understanding current social-media trends, formats, retention techniques, and platform behavior
* Improving raw footage creatively instead of simply following instructions
* Helping develop new creative concepts, formats, and content styles
* Maintaining organized project files and fast production workflows

The Standard We Expect:

You should be able to produce videos that feel premium, cinematic, modern, and highly polished.

We are looking for someone who understands:
* Advanced storytelling and pacing
* Professional color correction and grading
* Sound design and music selection
* Motion graphics and animation
* Strong typography and subtitle design
* Social-media retention and engagement
* Viral-style creative structures without making content look cheap
* AI-assisted video generation, enhancement, repurposing, and creative variation

You should be comfortable using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Runway, Veo, or similar professional and AI-based creative tools.

Compensation

*?50,000–?80,000 per month, depending on experience, speed, and quality.
