JOB OVERVIEW

We're a video ad editing partner for e-commerce brands, coaches and agencies in Scandinavia. Our clients spend money on Meta and TikTok ads and need new, high-quality ads every week. We're looking for a full-time Appointment Setter who books qualified sales calls with the right brands.

What you'll do:
- Find e-commerce brands, coaches and agencies in Sweden and Norway that run paid ads
- Send 60–100 personalised Instagram DMs and LinkedIn messages per day, using our scripts as a starting point
- Follow up, handle questions and book qualified calls into our calendar
- Keep a simple tracker of every conversation (Google Sheets)
- Report your numbers every week: messages sent, replies, calls booked, show-ups

Who you are:
- 1+ year of experience as an appointment setter or in cold outreach
- You can show results: calls booked per week and show-up rate
- You write short, personal messages, not copy-paste spam
- You can write outreach in Swedish or Norwegian with AI translation, or in very good English
- Hungry, consistent and motivated by commission
- Available full-time, 40 hours/week, overlapping with Swedish working hours (CET)

Pay:
- $400/month base, full-time
- 10% commission on the first month of every client you book
- Our packages are usually 10,000–30,000 SEK per month (about $1,000–$3,000), so each client earns you $100–$300 in commission
- Some clients choose custom packages, which can be slightly smaller, or even bigger
- No cap on commission, the more clients you book, the more you earn
- Base pay increases after 3 months based on results
