About Us
We’re Pro Seller Marketing (under our parent company Rock M Roll, LLC) — an eCommerce growth agency helping brands win on marketplaces. We’re building our TikTok Shop channel from “a couple accounts” into a serious growth engine, and we need a closer-level operator who can own execution, reporting, and performance.
This is a “kick-ass” role for someone who wants real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the chance to help build the TikTok Shop playbook we’ll scale across clients.
What You’ll Own (Outcomes)
Take over and run TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end: shop health ? content/offer strategy ? ads ? affiliate ? reporting
Drive measurable results: GMV growth + contribution margin + ROAS efficiency
Help us build a repeatable client journey + SOP framework for TikTok Shop services
Core Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Operations
Catalog/listings, pricing, promos, product optimization, shop health, policy compliance
Coordinate logistics basics (where relevant), returns/refunds impact on shop health
Affiliate / Creator Growth
Recruit + activate affiliates, set commission strategy, seed product, optimize tiers
Identify “winners,” scale relationships, and build a predictable creator pipeline
Full-Funnel Advertising
Own TikTok Shop Ads + TikTok Ads Manager execution (prospecting ? retargeting ? scaling)
Build/optimize campaigns, audiences, budgets, bidding, creatives, product feeds
Track performance and make decisions using KPIs (not vibes)
Performance Management + Client Communication
Weekly performance insights + action plan: what happened / why / what we’re doing next
Keep projects on track, flag risks early, solve problems without drama
KPI Targets (What “Good” Looks Like)
Shop health: minimal violations, stable fulfillment metrics (as applicable), clean account standing
Growth: GMV trending up with controlled discounting
Efficiency: ROAS and CAC trending toward targets by funnel stage
Margin awareness: understands contribution margin and how promos/affiliate/ads affect it
Execution cadence: weekly reporting + weekly optimization cycles, no “set and forget”
Required Experience
Hands-on TikTok Shop experience (Seller Center + affiliate + ads)
Performance marketing mindset: ROAS/CPA/CTR/CVR/CPM/GMV are your language
Strong communicator + organized project owner (you don’t drop balls)
Comfortable with spreadsheets + reporting
Bonus Points
Has managed multiple TikTok Shop accounts (agency or brand-side)
Understands creative testing systems (hooks, angles, UGC, creator collabs)
Experience with eCommerce ops + basic funnel math (AOV, CVR, margin, CAC)

Work Setup / Compensation
Remote, full-time (20-30+ hrs/week)
Salary: based on experience (we’ll pay for the right person)
Long-term role with growth path as we scale TikTok Shop services
