The Opportunity
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter to help us source, recruit, and onboard contractors and crews.
You will be responsible for actively finding talent (not waiting for applicants) and building a strong pipeline of skilled workers.
This role has the potential to become highly profitable for someone who produces results.

Roles You’ll Be Hiring For
• General Contractors
• Electricians

• Landscapers
• Drywall Installers
• Painters
• Punchout Crews
• Other construction trades as needed

Responsibilities
• Actively source contractors and crews using:
o
o Craigslist
o Google search (local contractors, company outreach)
o Indeed and job boards
o Other creative sourcing methods
• Perform outbound outreach (messages, calls,
• Conduct phone interviews and screenings
• Evaluate candidates (experience, pricing, reliability, communication)
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified contractors
• Coordinate with our team to match crews with projects
• Continuously improve sourcing and recruiting systems

Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Comfortable making calls and conducting interviews
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, or lead generation
• Proactive “hunter” mindset (you go find talent)
• Highly organized and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Big Plus If You Have
• Experience sourcing through
• Experience recruiting construction or skilled trades
• Knowledge of real estate investing or renovations
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies
