JOB OVERVIEW

Pacific Coast Injury Law Center is a personal injury law firm in Long Beach, California. We help people injured in car a ---------- , trip-and-falls, and dog bites across Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside counties. We are looking for a part-time media buyer to build and run our paid social from scratch.

What you'll do

Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad accounts, pixels, and conversion events
Plan and execute a $1,000/month ad budget split across both platforms
Write ad copy and direct simple creative (we supply raw video from our attorney's ----------
Build and test lead forms and landing pages
Report weekly: spend, cost per lead, lead quality feedback from our intake team

Our attorney does not appear on camera. You will be producing faceless creative: text-on-screen over stock or licensed b-roll, screen-recording and notes-app style videos, kinetic typography, and occasionally short clips featuring our support staff.
If your portfolio depends on a founder or spokesperson performing to camera, this role is not a fit.

You'll also work inside strict advertising rules. Every ad must pass Meta review (no copy implying the viewer's health or legal situation) and California attorney advertising rules — required disclaimers on every asset, no result claims, no guarantees. All ads are approved by the attorney before they run. You will not have publish authority on creative.

Required

2+ years hands-on managing Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (not just boosting posts)
Experience with lead-gen campaigns, not e-commerce/ROAS only
You understand Meta's restrictions on implying personal attributes — you know why "Were you injured in a car a ---------- ?" gets an account restricted and how to write around it
Working knowledge of pixel/CAPI setup, UTM tracking, and call tracking
Written English strong enough to write U.S.-market ad copy
Available for a weekly video call overlapping Pacific Time morning

Nice to have: legal, insurance, or medical lead-gen experience; Spanish-language ad copy; basic CapCut/Canva editing.

Hours & rate: 10–15 hrs/week to start. $500–$800/month depending on experience, paid twice monthly. Long-term role with a raise as budget scales.

To apply — applications missing these are deleted:

Start your reply with the word BLUEBIRD

Screenshots of two lead-gen ad accounts you've personally managed, showing spend and cost per lead
In 3–4 sentences: how would you spend $1,000/month across Meta and TikTok for a personal injury firm in Los Angeles, and what would you expect cost per lead to be?
One example of faceless ad copy you'd write for us, plus a one-line description of the visual treatment you'd pair it with.
Link to one faceless video ad you've produced. Text-over-b-roll, kinetic type, or screen recording — no spokesperson.
