About Us
Thrive Creators is a creator commerce agency. We run TikTok Shop and affiliate programs for creator-led brands in the US — homesteading, cooking, home and kitchen. Our clients sell cookbooks and kitchen products to audiences that already trust them, and our job is to turn that trust into repeatable revenue.
We're small, fast, and we don't do busywork. If something isn't moving GMV, we kill it.
The Role
You'll own the affiliate program for our flagship client account end to end, and eventually across multiple client shops. Finding creators, vetting them, reaching out, managing the sample queue, chasing creators who went quiet, and making sure the affiliates on our roster are actually posting and actually converting.
This is not a "send 200 templated DMs a day" job. Volume outreach is already handled. This role is judgment: d
Remote, full-time, based in the Philippines.
What You'll Do
Search TikTok Shop's Creator Center and affiliate marketplace for creators who fit our clients — home cooking, baking, sourdough, homesteading, family kitchen, rural lifestyle
Vet creator profiles before approving samples — GMV history, recent video performance, audience quality, comment sentiment, and whether their audience actually buys
Manage the full sample request queue: approve, reject, or message. Reject sample farmers on sight
Run outreach and follow-up for qualified creators, and re-activate affiliates who received product and never posted
Source and recruit creators for TikTok Live selling
Watch what's working on the shop and feed creators specific hooks, formats, and angles — not generic "post more" advice
Track affiliate performance weekly, flag top performers for higher commission tiers or Target Collaboration deals, and flag concentration risk when too much GMV sits with one creator
Keep everything logged in Notion so the account is legible to the rest of the team
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Creator Center — affiliate invitations, open vs. target collaborations, sample requests, creator messaging
Experience managing an affiliate roster for a real shop (not just outreach, actual roster management)
Strong eye for content — you should be able to watch three of a creator's videos and tell us whether they can move product
Experience sourcing or managing TikTok Live sellers is a strong plus
Excellent written English. You'll be messaging US creators daily and representing our clients' brands
Self-directed and organized — you'll run a daily queue without anyone chasing you
Comfortable with at least 4 hours of overlap with US business hours
Bonus: experience with Shopify affiliate tools (UpPromote or similar), or using Claude / AI tools for research and outreach
Compensation
Fixed monthly rate, paid in USD (discussed based on experience)
Performance bonus tied to affiliate GMV
Paid monthly, on time, every time
Hours
Full-time, with required overlap with US hours.

Task 1: Diagnose These Affiliates
Three affiliates from a client shop selling cookbooks and kitchen products to a home-cooking audience. Tell us what you see and exactly what you'd do.
Affiliate 1:
Average video views: 38,000
Videos posted for us: 2
Total GMV generated for our shop: $9,100
Platform-wide GMV (last 30 days): $3,200
Status: Hasn't posted for us in 3 months
Affiliate 2:
21,000 followers (growing fast)
Videos posted for us: 41 | Lives: 3
Total GMV for our shop: $14,800
Platform-wide GMV (last 30 days): $48,000
Content quality: high
Status: Requested a second sample 6 weeks ago. Received it. Never posted.
Affiliate 3:
34,000 followers (growing fast)
Videos posted for us: 162
Total GMV for our shop: $6,900 (~$43 per video)
Platform-wide GMV (last 30 days): $79,000
Content quality: very high
Average video views: 810
Status: Posts constantly. Barely converts.
For each affiliate:
What's actually going on here? Your honest read.
What would you do next? Be specific — not "follow up," but what you'd actually do and why.
Write the exact message you'd send them right now.
Then one more question:
Across this shop, 61% of affiliate GMV comes from a single creator. What's the risk, and what would you do about it over the next 90 days? (Note: AI Generated Answers are very easy to tell, we are looking for very specific things that illustrate your creative thinking)
