Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven TikTok Account Brand Manager to lead the day-to-day management and growth of our brand presence on TikTok Shop and related social commerce channels. This role will be responsible for overseeing platform operations, optimizing product visibility, coordinating campaigns, managing account health, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok account management, social commerce strategy, and marketplace operations, with added value given to candidates familiar with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Buy with Prime integration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the brand’s TikTok Shop account, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Oversee product listings, catalog accuracy, pricing, promotions, and merchandising within TikTok Shop
Coordinate campaign calendars, seasonal activations, flash sales, affiliate opportunities, and creator-driven promotions
Monitor account performance, traffic, conversion, and sales trends; provide regular reporting and actionable insights
Ensure account health by staying compliant with TikTok Shop policies, operational requirements, and service standards
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on content alignment, inventory readiness, fulfillment planning, and promotional execution
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the TikTok channel
Troubleshoot operational issues related to listings, fulfillment, returns, order flow, and account support cases
Support the integration and management of fulfillment solutions that connect TikTok Shop orders with backend systems
Collaborate on expansion opportunities involving Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Buy with Prime to improve shipping speed, reliability, and customer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in TikTok account management.
Direct experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok commerce-related accounts
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, promotions, creator/affiliate ecosystems, and account performance metrics
Experience with product catalog management, order operations, and platform troubleshooting
Familiarity with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and how it can support external sales channels
Experience with Buy with Prime and/or ecommerce integrations connecting Amazon fulfillment to third-party storefronts or social commerce platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven recommendations
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other marketplace/admin platforms
Understanding of social commerce trends, livestream sales, influencer campaigns, and affiliate performance
Experience launching or scaling emerging marketplace or social selling channels

TikTok Shop account is well-managed, compliant, and operationally stable
Product assortment is optimized for discoverability and conversion
Promotions and campaigns are executed accurately and on time
Sales growth is supported through improved channel strategy and execution
Fulfillment workflows, including any MCF or Buy with Prime-related processes, operate efficiently and support a strong customer experience
