JOB OVERVIEW

I'm the founder of VintedResells, a UK reselling education brand with 300K followers and a community of over 7,000 resellers. I put out a lot of long form content and I'm building a small team of clippers who cut it into short form and post it on their own accounts. Not a bounty platform. A real team, paid properly, that I'll work with for a long time.

What you'll do

Take my raw videos, podcasts and lives from a shared Drive folder and cut 20 to 40 second clips: strong hook in the first second, captions, clean cuts, my link in the bio.
Post at least 5 clips a week on a TikTok account you run for this (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts too if you want more views and more pay).
Submit your links every Sunday through a simple form so views can be checked and you get paid.

Pay

$100 a month base for 20 posted clips.
Plus $0.10 per 1,000 views on top, checked from your analytics, capped at $200 a month.
Plus 30% commission on any sale through your link.
Paid monthly via Wise or EasyPay. A clip that goes viral changes your month.

What I'm looking for

You already clip. Show me one clip you've made and the account it's on.
CapCut or Premiere, fast. You understand hooks, pacing and captions without being told.
Honest views. Accounts and analytics are checked. Bought views or bot engagement ends it immediately, no pay.
UK street interview, business and money content is what you'll be cutting, so if you like that style you'll do well.
