JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Growth VA to manage and grow TikTok accounts for influencers and personal brands.

This is not a beginner position. We are only interested in candidates who have a proven track record of growing TikTok accounts and understand how the TikTok algorithm works.

You will be responsible for managing multiple influencer accounts, identifying viral trends, posting content consistently, and helping accounts scale organically.

Responsibilities:
- Post 5-6 TikToks per day
- Schedule and organize content
- Monitor analytics and account performance
- Research trends, sounds, formats, and viral content opportunities
- Understand why certain content goes viral and why content fails
- Optimize hooks, retention, watch time, and engagement
- Scale TikTok accounts from scratch
- Develop growth strategies for influencer accounts
- Analyze competitors and identify winning content patterns
- Stay up to date with TikTok algorithm updates and platform changes

Requirements

We are only looking for candidates who:

- Have proven experience growing TikTok accounts
- Understand the TikTok algorithm deeply
- Understand retention, watch time, completion rates, and engagement signals
- Can explain why specific videos go viral
- Have experience growing accounts from 0 followers
- Know how to launch and scale new TikTok accounts
- Have strong English communication skills
- Are proactive and highly organized

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
- Experience repurposing content from YouTube, Podcasts, Instagram, or other platforms
- Experience managing influencer or creator accounts
- Experience editing short-form videos
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Experience identifying trends before they become saturated
- Experience managing multiple TikTok accounts simultaneously
