We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand dominating the bread conservation and storage niche. We are scaling aggressively across Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and organic SEO, driving massive daily high-intent traffic across our acquisition funnel.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an expert TikTok & Snapchat Ads Media Buyer to handle media buying, campaign organization, and aggressive scaling across both platforms.

Because our pixels were set up several weeks ago and are already thoroughly warmed up, you can hit the ground running on Day 1 by organizing our extensive asset library and launching campaigns immediately across both Cold Acquisition and Retargeting on TikTok and Snapchat Ads.

What We Provide:
Pre-Warmed Tracking Infrastructure: TikTok and Snapchat pixels were installed weeks ago and are already fully warmed up with active data.

100% In-House Creative Supply: You will NOT create, edit, or design any ads. Our internal team supplies a continuous stream of video creatives, UGC, static images, and viral organic videos.

Immediate Launch Readiness: You start directly by structuring, organizing, and launching our creatives into high-performing campaign architectures.

Multi-Channel Retargeting Pool: High-volume daily warm traffic driven from Meta, Google, Pinterest, and SEO ready to be monetized on both platforms.

Spark Ads Assets: Proven organic social videos ready to deploy immediately.

Note: We operate 2 distinct e-commerce stores selling the exact same product line. You will start by managing Store #1. Upon hitting performance targets and scaling milestones, you will gain access to manage Store #2.

What You Will Do
Immediate Campaign Execution: Organize provided video and static assets to build and launch structured campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat from Day 1.

Cold & Retargeting Scaling: Execute cold interest/broad/lookalike campaigns AND warm multi-tier retargeting funnels across both TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.

Cross-Channel Synergy: Capture and convert site traffic generated by our Meta, Google, Pinterest, and SEO channels using tailored retargeting strategies.

Spark Ads Integration: Deploy our viral organic video content as Spark Ads to maximize engagement, authority, and ROAS.

Daily Budget & Bid Management: Monitor KPIs, allocate daily budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability goals (ROAS / CPA).

Creative Feedback Loop: Analyze ad performance data and inform our internal creative team on winning angles, hooks, and formats so we can continuously supply you with top-tier assets.

Requirements
Proven Media Buying Experience: Track record of scaling e-commerce brands on TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads (both Cold Acquisition and Retargeting).

Platform & Funnel Mastery: Deep expertise in TikTok Ad Manager, Snapchat Ad Manager, pixel setup, custom/lookalike audiences, Spark Ads, and campaign structures.

High Organizational Skills: Ability to systematically test, organize, and rotate incoming batches of video creatives and static images.

Performance-Driven Mindset: Sharp analytical capabilities focused on net profitability, scaling thresholds, and cross-channel traffic conversion.
