JOB OVERVIEW

We're a Seoul-based K-beauty company (6pence Co., Ltd.) with a science-first approach — we build our own skincare brand and run US e-commerce for a Korean biotech skincare company. We're hiring a VA to set up and run our US TikTok Shop from the ground up. Your first assignment will be the biotech based skin care brand we manage — the shop is new, and we need it fully set up and selling within 2 weeks of your start date.

[What you'll do]
Launch sprint (first 1–2 weeks — fast-paced)
Create and optimize product listings from scratch: titles, bullet points, descriptions, SEO keywords, images/video, variations
Configure shop settings: shipping templates, return policy, warehouse, tax and compliance fields
Set up the affiliate program: Open Plan, Target Plan, commission rates, sample policy
Build the creator target list (500+ US skincare creators) and outreach templates
Set up tracking sheets for orders, creators, samples, and campaign performance
We provide product assets (images, copy, Amazon listing) — you adapt them for TikTok Shop

[Ongoing operations]
Manage the Seller Center daily: orders, listings, promotions, and shop health
Run creator/affiliate outreach at scale; manage sample requests and approvals
Set up and monitor campaigns (Target Plan, Open Plan, Shop Ads)
Report weekly: GMV, creator count, video output, sample ROI
Handle customer messages and return/refund cases
Coordinate with our Korea team on stock, content, and product launches

[Requirements]
Hands-on experience running a US TikTok Shop Seller Center (not PH shop only)
You have launched a new US TikTok Shop before and can do it again in under 2 weeks — listing creation and shop setup, not just maintenance
Experience with affiliate outreach at scale (100+ creators/week)
Comfortable with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Fluent written English; Korean is not required
Reliable internet, own PC, availability to overlap 2–3 hours with US business hours
Able to start within 1 week of hiring

[Nice to have]
Skincare category experience, especially ingredient-led or clinical brands
Experience with TikTok Shop Ads (GMV Max) or Shop Ads
Familiarity with Amazon or Shopify
