TikTok Shop & TikTok Marketing Specialist (Listings, Optimization, Growth Strategy)
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop expert who knows how to maximize visibility, conversions, and sales inside the TikTok ecosystem. You’ll manage and optimize all TikTok Shop listings, ensure product accuracy, drive creator collaborations, and execute TikTok-first marketing strategies that generate traffic and revenue.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how TikTok’s algorithm works, how TikTok Shop ranks products, and how to turn listings + content into daily sales.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Listing Management (Primary Focus)
Set up, upload, and optimize TikTok Shop product listings:
titles, attributes, content cards, images, short videos, and SEO tags
Manage and update inventory, variations, pricing, and compliance settings
Use TikTok’s promotional tools (coupons, discounts, affiliate commissions)
Monitor listing warnings, rejections, and compliance flags and resolve issues quickly
Perform daily audits to ensure all TikTok Shop listings remain accurate, approved, and optimized
TikTok Marketing & Sales Strategy
Optimize product pages for conversion using TikTok-first creative (video thumbnails, hooks, benefit-driven titles)
Work with creators, influencers, and TikTok affiliates to drive product traction
Research competitors, trending formats, and top-selling products within TikTok Shop
Help plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns (flash sales, Mega Sales, BFCM, seasonal events)
Improve product discoverability by aligning listings with TikTok keywords and trending search terms
Cross-Platform Support (Secondary Focus)
Coordinate listing consistency between TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay
Manage Excel and flat-file uploads for bulk SKUs across platforms
Collaborate with copywriting and analytics teams to update data, titles, bullets, and SEO details
Ensure all content (video, images, copy) matches brand standards across marketplaces

Requirements
2+ years of experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok marketing
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, search behavior, and listing optimization
Experience uploading products, managing SKUs, and handling listing approvals/rejections
Ability to troubleshoot compliance issues and maintain high listing accuracy
Familiarity with eCommerce content creation (short-form video knowledge is a plus)
Strong English communication skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Growth
Monthly Salary: PHP 30,000 – 45,000
Performance Raises: +10% at 30, 60, and 90 days based on KPIs
Long-term growth as TikTok Shop becomes a major sales channel
