TikTok Shop Posting VA — Long-Term, Recurring Weekly Pay

PAY: $5 USD per hour, paid every Sunday via Wise or PayPal.
Work week is Monday–Saturday.
Typical hours: 15–25 per week depending on how many accounts you cover (each account ~30 minutes per day).
SCHEDULE: 6 days per week, flexible within your timezone
TYPE: Long-term, recurring hourly work — NOT a one-off gig

WHAT WE DO
Apex Initiative is a coaching company helping students build TikTok Shop affiliate businesses in the UK and US. We use AI-generated short videos to drive product sales. We're building a small, stable team of long-term VAs to handle daily posting for our coaching clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY
For each student account assigned to you:
- Connect to a UK VPN (provided by the student) before doing anything else — UK TikTok Shop requires posts to come from a UK IP, so this step is non-negotiable
- Log into the student's TikTok Shop account using credentials they provide
- Post ~25 short videos per account following our SOP exactly
- Add text hooks, captions, music, and product tags per the SOP
- Track every post in our internal tracker
Maintain consistent daily output, 6 days per week. A skilled VA can complete posting for one account in about 30 minutes. Most VAs cover 2–6 student accounts per day.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Excellent written English
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) capable of running TikTok
- 6 days/week availability
- Strong attention to detail — small mistakes cause real account problems
- Comfortable following SOPs precisely (no improvising)
- Comfortable installing and using a VPN application (the student provides the VPN access — you just connect to it before each session)
Bonus: prior TikTok Shop or TikTok posting experience.

HOW TO APPLY

1. A 2–3 minute Loom video — introduce yourself, your VA experience, and why you'd be a good fit
2. Your resume or CV
3. Your timezone + weekly availability (hours/day, days/week)
4. Confirmation you have a smartphone, reliable internet, and can commit 6 days/week

Applications missing item #5 will not be reviewed. We get a lot of applications and use this to filter for people who actually read the listing.

3-DAY PAID TRIAL
If we like your application, you move into a 3-day paid trial period:
- We walk you through our full Posting SOP via Loom + a short 1:1 call so you know exactly what to do
- You're assigned to one of our students' real accounts for the trial period
- You post the daily target for 3 days, following the SOP exactly
- We monitor your work daily and give feedback in real time
- Pay during the trial: regular $5/hour rate for all hours worked — no unpaid testing
- Pass the trial = you continue with that student permanently
- If it's not the right fit, we release you with full pay for hours worked
