JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are Luxury Box ATL, a fast-growing sneaker and streetwear retailer based in Atlanta, Georgia, looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to join our remote team. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage, optimize, and scale our TikTok Shop to drive maximum sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
? List new products accurately with optimized titles, descriptions, and pricing
? Delist or update products as needed based on stock or promotions
? Optimize the TikTok Shop layout for mobile-first shopping experience
? Use keywords and SEO best practices to drive organic TikTok discovery
? Ensure smooth integration with Shopify for inventory and order sync
? Monitor analytics and sales performance, and make data-driven improvements
? Coordinate with the content team for product creatives and promotions
? Respond to TikTok Shop inquiries/messages professionally and timely

Qualifications:
? Proven experience managing a TikTok Shop
? Strong understanding of Shopify backend (product listing, inventory sync, etc.)
? Familiar with TikTok trends, marketing, and e-commerce strategies
? Ability to write compelling, clear product descriptions
? Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Fast and reliable internet connection
? Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

Experience running TikTok ads or TikTok Shop Affiliate Program

Background in fashion or streetwear products

Familiarity with Canva or other design tools for basic visuals

Work Hours:

Flexible, but must be available for check-ins between 10AM–6PM EST (Atlanta time)

Salary:
