JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop operator to help expand and scale our TikTok Shop. This role is focused on performance, not vanity metrics. You will be responsible for growing GMV through product optimization, creator strategy, ads coordination, and platfor ---------- chanics.

Required Experience
Proven experience managing or scaling a TikTok Shop
Clear understanding of:

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience scaling products past initial traction
Experience working with physical products
Familiarity with U.S.-based fulfillment expectations
