JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing international brand in the barbering and grooming industry. Our products are sold across Europe, the UK, and worldwide. We are now looking for a TikTok Shop Pro to take full ownership of our TikTok Shop presence, manage all processes, and scale our sales through strategic campaigns, collaborations, and affiliate marketing.

Your Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Management , Synching with Shopify

Set up, optimize, and continuously manage our TikTok Shop listings (pricing, stock, compliance).

Ensure smooth product uploads, accurate descriptions, and engaging visuals.

Track and analyze daily shop performance (sales, conversion, traffic).

Your Profile

Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (end-to-end).

Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop backend + Shopify backend.

Answer Messages, add orders manually if not synched

Experience working with affiliates, creators, and influencers on TikTok.

Analytical mindset with ability to scale campaigns profitably.

Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
