We are also working as a helping hand to Engin8, a growth e-commerce agency specializing in TikTok Shop and Amazon. They help brands scale their online presence and sales through cutting-edge e-commerce strategies, influencer/affiliate marketing, and TikTok Ads.

Role Overview:
Engin8 is looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop EXPERT, not just a social media manager, to own client accounts, drive revenue, and lead our team. You’ll be responsible for managing TikTok Shop listings, optimizing accounts, growing GMV, running ads, and mentoring the team through training and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

*Full ownership of TikTok Shop client accounts, going beyond content management
*Manage listings, optimize accounts, and monitor account health and performance
*Drive GMV growth through affiliate/creator recruitment and performance-based campaigns
*Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Ads (VSA, Spark, Shop Ads) to maximize results
*Mentor and lead the team by developing SOPs, providing training, and ensuring best practices
*Make data-informed decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and account performance
*Balance hands-on execution with team leadership responsibilities
*Directly impact client revenue, team growth, and the success of Engin8’s TikTok Shop services

Qualifications:

*2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts, including affiliate programs and ads (not just content creation)
*Proven track record of GMV growth (Gross Merchandise Value) or campaign results you can share
*Strong English communication skills for client and team management
*Experience in team leadership, training, or mentoring
*Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
