We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to handle customer support for our fast-growing TikTok Shop.
This role is focused on responding to customer messages, handling order issues, refunds, and delivery questions inside TikTok Seller Center.
**This is not a beginner role. Prior TikTok Shop experience is required.**
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer messages in TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Maintain high-product review score through customer message on and off TikTok
- Handle refunds, cancellations, and return requests
- Track missing or delayed orders
- Resolve address and delivery issues
- Answer customer questions about promotions, bundles, and orders
- Escalate complex issues to management
- Follow SOPs and maintain fast response times
Requirements
- Previous TikTok Shop customer support experience (required)
- Experience working inside TikTok Seller Center
- Strong written English
- Detail-oriented and organized (Google Sheets)
- Reliable fast internet and availability
- Able to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Creator/Affiliate Management & Outreach experience
- Familiarity with Shopify or order-management tools
