JOB OVERVIEW

Royal Therapy is an established U.S. sleep and bedding brand selling across Amazon, DTC, Walmart and other major commerce channels.

We are building a performance-focused creator acquisition team around our hero adjustable pillow and are looking for a full-time TikTok Shop Creator Acquisition Specialist.

This is NOT a general VA role, social media posting role, or traditional influencer-marketing position.

Your job is to find, qualify, recruit and activate creators who can generate content and sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Research and identify qualified U.S. TikTok Shop creators
• Evaluate creators using GMV, orders, product fit, content quality and commercial potential
• Send personalized outreach and affiliate invitations
• Manage Target Collaborations and creator follow-up
• Review product sample requests
• Track creators through:
Qualified → Contacted → Replied → Accepted → Sample Sent → Delivered → Posted → Sale → Repeat
• Improve sample-to-post rate through structured follow-up
• Track which creators actually generate orders and GMV
• Identify creators worth reactivating and retaining
• Maintain a clean creator CRM / pipeline
• Work closely with the Creator Growth Lead on creator performance and scaling

YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW HOW TO
• Use TikTok Shop Affiliate Center / Seller Center
• Research and qualify creators using commercial data
• Review GMV, orders, products sold and other commerce signals where available
• Use tools such as FastMoss, Kalodata, Euka or similar
• Recruit creators without mass-spamming
• Manage product seeding and sample-to-post follow-up
• Track creator-attributed sales
• Distinguish between creators who sell, creators who make strong content, and creators who should be rejected

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF
• Your experience is mainly general virtual assistance
• You have only managed social media posting
• Your influencer experience is focused mostly on awareness, likes or impressions
• You have never worked inside TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
• You cannot explain how you evaluate whether a creator is likely to generate sales

SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, long-term role.
You must be able to consistently overlap at least 4 hours per day with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

COMPENSATION
$900–$1,300 USD per month + performance bonus.
Exceptional candidates with strong hands-on TikTok Shop experience may be considered above this range.
