* Honeyforge co. is an established e-commerce brand open since March 2026. We specialize in premium, 10-color opaque acrylic home organization calendars and kitchen coffee station organizers. We are executing an aggressive October launch phase with an operational target to move 2,400 to 4,500 total units across TikTok Shop and Amazon FBM.We are hiring a dedicated, highly organized Online Filipino Specialist (OFS) to manage our backend store operations, customer service, and creator outreach pipelines in real-time.Core Responsibilities:
1. Aggressive Affiliate Outreach: Execute exactly 30 targeted creator pitches every single day inside the TikTok Affiliate Center and Instagram DMs using our pre-written copy-and-paste scripts.
2. Sample & Database Tracking: Manage incoming creator sample requests, filter accounts for quality engagement metrics, approve shipping labels inside Seller Center, and log all data tracking numbers daily into a shared Google Sheet.
3. Dual-Channel Account Upkeep: Monitor backend storefront health metrics for both TikTok Shop and Amazon FBM. You must answer all daily customer messages and inquiries within a strict 24-hour window.
4. Daily Reporting: Submit a direct, structured End-of-Shift (EOD) status report to the business owner at the conclusion of every working shift.
*  Job Requirements:
* Absolute elite written English skills.
* Comfortable working a permanent, fixed US Eastern Standard Time shift.
* Prior hands-on operational experience navigating the backend dashboards of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Amazon Seller Central is required.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup power/data solution.
* WAGE/SALARY
$250/month (This maps directly to standard part-time rates on the platform, allowing you to scale it up to a full-time $500/month setup as your October orders tick up).
