AI TikTok Shop Affiliate Video Creator & Virtual Assistant — salary is negotiable

I’m seeking a creative, dependable virtual assistant to produce polished TikTok Shop affiliate videos using product links, listing photos, seller-provided media and AI-powered tools.

No physical products will be shipped. You must be comfortable creating original, professional product videos entirely from the digital information and assets provided. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, can develop compelling product angles and takes pride in delivering accurate, engaging work.

This is a part-time, long-term opportunity with flexible scheduling and the potential to grow into additional hours, performance bonuses and higher compensation as your quality, efficiency, reliability and results are demonstrated.

What You Will Do

* Research each product and its target customer
* Study current TikTok trends and successful product-video structures
* Develop original video concepts and selling angles
* Write attention-grabbing hooks, scripts and calls to action
* Create original AI-generated product scenes and UGC-style content
* Turn product photos and approved seller assets into engaging videos
* Generate natural-sounding AI voiceovers when needed
* Edit complete 10–30 second vertical videos
* Add captions, text overlays, music, sound effects and transitions
* Create multiple variations for each product using different hooks
* Deliver finished videos without watermarks
* Organize completed videos, scripts and product links in Google Drive
* Track completed assignments in Google Sheets
* Make reasonable revisions when requested

Approved Content Sources

You may use:

* Product links and information I provide
* Product photos and videos approved for affiliate use
* Seller-provided media
* Licensed stock footage
* AI-generated footage
* Original graphics, scripts, voiceovers and editing

You may not download and repost another creator’s video, remove watermarks or present someone else’s footage as original work.

Video Requirements

* Approximately 10–30 seconds
* Vertical 9:16 format
* Strong hook during the first one to two seconds
* Clear product benefit or problem-and-solution angle
* Engaging visual movement
* Easy-to-read captions
* Natural-sounding voiceover when included
* Clear call to action
* No editing-platform watermarks
* Content must feel native to TikTok—not like a traditional commercial

Because you will not physically possess the products, videos must not falsely claim personal ownership or firsthand experience. Do not use statements such as “I bought this,” “I use this every day” or “This worked for me” unless specifically supported and approved.

Experience with several of the following is preferred:

* TopView AI
* Creatify
* HeyGen
* Kling
* Runway
* ElevenLabs
* ChatGPT or similar scriptwriting tools
* Google Drive and Google Sheets

You do not need to use every tool, but you must be able to produce a complete, polished video from product information and digital assets.

Requirements

* Experience creating TikTok, Reels, Shorts, AI UGC or product videos
* Strong CapCut or short-form video-editing skills
* Understanding of hooks, viewer retention and calls to action
* Ability to create original content without a physical product
* Strong written English
* Creative thinking and attention to detail
* Reliable internet access
* Responsive communication
* Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
* Willingness to learn which video styles produce the most clicks and sales

TikTok Shop and affiliate-marketing experience is preferred, but talented beginners with strong samples are welcome.

Compensation and Schedule

* Starting rate: NEGOTIATED $1.50 - $3.00 per hour
* Approximately 10–20 hours per week initially
* Flexible working schedule with agreed deadlines
* Paid trial assignment
* Performance bonuses may be available for videos that generate strong views, clicks or sales
* Opportunity to receive additional hours and pay increases based on demonstrated performance

The negotiated starting rate reflects the initial stage of the role and is intended to provide an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a real production workflow. Compensation may increase as you consistently deliver high-quality, original, compliant videos efficiently and reliably. Any increases or bonuses will be based on factors such as content quality, turnaround time, accuracy, communication, consistency and measurable performance where applicable.

This is a high-volume content position. However, quality, originality and compliance are more important than submitting rushed or repetitive videos.
