JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are a boutique growth firm looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager with strong Affiliate Marketing experience to manage and scale up to 5 client accounts.

This role is part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as you take on more client accounts and responsibility.

This is not a task-based role. You will be responsible for owning client outcomes, driving revenue through TikTok Shop, and leading strategic conversations with founders and executives.

You must be confident, proactive, and comfortable operating in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage up to 5 TikTok Shop client accounts end-to-end
-Build and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
-Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok affiliates and creators
-Optimize product listings, campaigns, and creator partnerships
-Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
-Lead client communication, including updates, reporting, and strategy calls
-Collaborate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure execution quality
-Continuously test and iterate on growth strategies

Client-Facing Expectations

-Confidently communicate with founders, CEOs, and C-level executives
-Lead strategic discussions (not just provide updates)
-Translate performance data into clear business insights
-Set expectations and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

-Proven experience with TikTok Shop management
-Strong background in affiliate marketing / creator partnerships
-Excellent spoken and written English (clear, professional communication required)
-Ability to think strategically and not just execute tasks
-Comfortable being client-facing and leading calls independently
-Strong organizational and account management skills
-Ability to manage multiple accounts without quality dropping

Working Hours

-Part-time initially
-Must be willing to transition to EST working hours once managing full client load
-Opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance and client capacity
