I’m looking for a creative?plus?performance marketer to handle TikTok and Meta content and paid ads for my iOS and Android apps. You’ll own everything from researching what works, to making the creatives, to managing CPI and scaling winners.
What you’ll do
Research top?performing ads and organic posts for similar apps, reverse?engineer the hooks, angles and formats.
Plan and create a variety of short?form videos and image creatives: UGC, role?play / character scenarios, AI?assisted or stylized concepts, product demos, testimonials, skits, etc.
Manage organic posting on TikTok and Meta (Reels/Feed/Stories): scheduling, basic engagement, and iteration based on performance.
Set up and manage app?install campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager: audiences, budgets, creative testing, and scaling.
Track CPI and key in?app behaviours (install ? first use ? trial/subscription) and report results in a simple weekly summary with clear next steps.
What you should bring
Proven experience running TikTok and Meta campaigns that drove installs or sales (please show examples).
Strong short?form creative skills: scripting hooks, planning shots, editing vertical video, writing high?converting captions/headlines.
Comfortable experimenting with multiple creative styles (not only UGC) and iterating quickly based on data.
Able to work to CPI targets and daily budgets, and adjust when performance changes.
Solid English and clear, concise written communication.
Practical details
Part?time to start (10-20 hours/week) with potential to increase based on results.
Long?term relationship if you can consistently produce winning creatives and lower CPI.
You’ll get access to the apps, ad accounts, and shared folders for assets.
How to apply
Please send:
Links to 3–5 TikTok or Meta ads you created or managed, plus a one?line metric for each (e.g. “CPI $2.10 US, 2.8% CTR, 1M impressions”).
A short paragraph on how you’d approach the first 2 weeks of testing creatives and audiences for a new mobile app launch.
Your expected hourly rate (USD) and your available hours per week.
Start your subject line with exactly "No More Bedtime Battles" so I know you read the whole post.
