Salary: $1,000–2,500/month (night shift premium included) | Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST (9PM–5AM PHT) | Type: Full-time, long-term

We're Marriott Vacations Worldwide, a Industry: A leading upscale vacation ownership (timeshare) company — developing and operating resorts under brands like Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, Hyatt, and Ritz-Carlton; plus timeshare exchange (Interval International) and hotel management (Aqua-Aston).
Target market: Middle-to-high income individuals and families seeking long-term vacation ownership, with a global reach (700,000+ owner families). Our audience is in the US, which is why this role follows US hours.

Your week looks like this
Launch and manage TikTok campaigns for [lead gen / recruitment / sales]
Watch CPL/CPA during US hours and move budget toward what performs
Test hooks, videos and copy every week, kill losers fast, scale winners
Rotate creatives before fatigue hits
Keep Pixel and Events API tracking clean
Fix rejected ads and keep accounts in good standing
Weekly summary: spend, results, tests, next steps
Short paid weekend checks (15–30 minutes) when campaigns are live

You're a fit if you
Have 1+ year managing TikTok Ads with real money
Understand how bidding, budgets and the learning phase work on TikTok

Write clear English
Can work the night shift consistently, with stable internet and a backup for outages
Are honest about results, good or bad. We'll teach the rest.
Bonus points: Spark Ads experience, US audiences, CapCut basics, Meta Ads.
Pay and benefits
$1,000–1,500/month, paid every [2 weeks / month] via [Wise / PayPal]
13th month pay
Monthly bonus up to $[100–200] for hitting CPL targets
[Paid leave and paid holidays]

Salary review after 3 months
Process: application → short paid test (1–2 hours) → 30-minute video call → paid trial ([2 weeks / 1 month]). We track time with [TimeProof].
