Job Summary

As the TikTok Live Creator Network Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and supporting emerging creators for our TikTok Live initiatives. This position involves a mix of recruitment, administrative tasks, and communication to ensure smooth operations. You'll be responsible for identifying potential creators, managing outreach, organizing resources, coordinating schedules, creator training, etc. This is a full-time remote role with opportunities for growth in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Creator Recruitment: Identify, scout, and recruit new creators for the TikTok Live platform through targeted research, social media monitoring, and networking.

Email Outreach: Draft, send, and follow up on professional emails to potential and existing creators, building relationships and encouraging participation in our network.

Document Organization: Maintain and organize files, and resources on Google Drive, ensuring all documents are up-to-date, accessible, and securely stored.

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, interviews, and events for creators and tea ---------- mbers; manage shared calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure timely execution.

Administrative Support: Handle daily operational tasks, including data entry, tracking recruitment progress, and preparing reports on network growth metrics.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on goals, provide updates, and contribute to strategy sessions for creator development.

Other Duties: Assist with projects related to creator onboarding, training, guidelines, or platform updates as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience in recruitment, administrative roles, or social media management, preferably in the digital content or influencer space.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and email platforms like Gmail.

Knowledge of TikTok and social media trends, with hands on experience using TikTok Live.

Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new tools quickly.

*Note: This position will be a nighttime role for candidates based in the Phillipines, as requiring working are 9:00 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST (California time).
