JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative VA who specializes in short-form content creation, ---------- -style videos, and social media growth.

Your primary focus will be to build and scale faceless ---------- /clipping accounts on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The goal is to consistently produce high-performing, viral content and grow these accounts to tens (and eventually hundreds) of thousands of followers.

This role goes beyond basic editing — we are looking for someone who understands what makes content go viral, can execute quickly, and can take ownership of growing accounts from the ground up.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential to also support multiple brands
and business ventures with content creation and editing.

Responsibilities:
- Create 10+ viral short-form videos daily for TikTok & Instagram Reels.
- Develop ---------- -style and trending content with attention-grabbing hooks and fast-paced edits.
- Grow and manage faceless ---------- accounts, applying strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
- Integrate products subtly into content (1x per week).
- Optimize content for maximum reach and retention.

Requirements:
- Proven experience growing TikTok/Instagram accounts with viral short-form content.
- Strong editing skills: fast-paced, hook-driven, and platform-native.
- Ability to consistently produce 10+ high-quality videos daily.
- Creative, trend-aware, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in the pet niche or UGC content.
- Familiar with analytics tools and performance tracking.
