JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and reliable VA to help grow 2 new TikTok accounts focused on the U.S. market.

The goal is to grow the accounts through entertaining, high-retention video short and medium content.

Responsibilities

1. Find many viral and high-potential TikTok/Reels/Shorts content that can be licensed used

2. Find the original source whenever possible *across any other video source*

3. Check whether content can be reused through Duet, Stitch, creator permission, licensed content, or our approval process

4. Organize it by category and reaction-style videos

5. Research trending formats, style, hooks, and or video/short topics *you have full freedom*


Requirements

Experience editing TikTok, or any other social media platform Reels, Shorts, or UGC-style content

Good understanding of video right and share licensing, hooks, pacing, and viewer retention

Make sure the same video doesn't already exist or a very similar version exist within TikTok

Able to work independently, time flexibility and follow instructions

Bonus > Experience creating reaction or split-screen videos

Part-time

Approximately 25–30 videos per week across both accounts, with volume increasing as our templates and workflow improve.

Long-term opportunity for the right candidate

$300/month initially
