???? About the Role

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber to help us build and manage a large network of TikTok creators and affiliates.

Your primary responsibility is to identify, recruit, and support creators through TikTok Seller Center and direct outreach to help drive product awareness and sales.

This role is essential to building a powerful creator ecosystem.

We are NOT looking for a freelancer or agency.

???? Your Daily Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Targeting

? Search TikTok for creators aligned with our target audience
? Identify high-potential creators based on engagement & content style
? Build daily outreach lists

TikTok Seller Center Collaboration Management

? Create targeted collaborations in TikTok Seller Center
? Filter and invite creators to campaigns
? Review and approve creator applications

Product Seeding & Fulfillment Coordination

? Approve product samples for creators
? Track shipping & delivery status
? Ensure creators receive products on time

Creator Communication & Relationship Management

? Follow up with creators via TikTok DM, email, Slack, or Telegram
? Answer questions and provide support
? Maintain positive relationships

Creator Guidance & Performance Support

? Provide scripts, hooks, and direction to creators
? Share examples of videos that are performing well
? Encourage posting consistency and quality

Tracking & Reporting

? Track outreach, responses, and creator status
? Monitor posted videos and performance
? Maintain organized creator pipeline spreadsheet

? Requirements

? Strong English communication skills
? Comfortable sending messages and building relationships online
? Familiar with TikTok and creator culture
? Organized and detail-oriented
? Able to follow systems and daily outreach targets
? Reliable internet connection
? Able to work consistent full-time hours

? Bonus (Not Required but Helpful)

? Experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok Seller Center
? Experience managing influencers or affiliates
? Experience in eCommerce or direct response marketing
? Understanding of viral TikTok content
