JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a TikTok Content Manager to launch and grow a brand-new TikTok account from the ground up. This role owns the full lifecycle of the account — content creation using AI video tools, posting 2–4 times per day, community engagement, and growth strategy. You'll be given significant creative freedom to experiment, iterate, and find what resonates, with success measured by follower growth, views, and engagement.
Responsibilities
Plan, produce, and publish 2–4 TikTok videos per day using AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Pika, HeyGen, CapCut, ElevenLabs for voiceover, etc.)
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with trends, brand voice, and growth goals
Research trending sounds, formats, hashtags, and challenges relevant to the niche and adapt them quickly
Write scripts/hooks/captions optimized for retention and shareability
Monitor performance analytics daily and adjust content strategy based on what's working
Engage with comments, DMs, and relevant community content to build audience loyalty
Stay current on TikTok algorithm changes, platform features, and emerging AI video tools
Collaborate on brand guidelines and ensure consistent tone/aesthetic across content
Flag and troubleshoot any account health, shadowban, or compliance issues
Provide weekly performance reports (follower growth, views, engagement rate, top-performing content)
