JOB OVERVIEW

We are a women’s fashion brand looking for a TikTok Content Assistant (Video Editor + Trend Research).

You will be given raw content (videos, clips, products), and your job is to turn them into engaging, trend-driven TikTok videos.

Responsibilities:

* Edit TikTok videos using CapCut or similar
* Add hooks, captions, and trending formats
* Stay up to date with TikTok trends
* Suggest 3–5 content ideas per week
* Post or schedule content

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of TikTok trends
* Experience editing short-form content
* Ability to make content feel natural/native to TikTok
* Good English (for captions and hooks)
* Strong sense of aesthetic (fashion-focused is a plus)

We are a feminine, romantic fashion brand with a soft, elevated aesthetic.

Our content style is:

* Light, clean, and minimal
* Soft, neutral colors (creams, blush, muted tones)
* Effortless, natural, not overly edited
* Modern and trendy, but still elegant

We like content that feels:

* Relaxed and aesthetic (not loud or chaotic)
* Visually pleasing and on-brand
* Similar to clean girl / soft lifestyle fashion content
