JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive TikTok Affiliate Manager to manage, optimize, and scale brand performance on TikTok Shop. This is a performance-driven role focused on increasing sales through strong management, product listing optimization, affiliate/influencer marketing, and data-backed growth strategies.

Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute TikTok affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and long-term growth.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates aligned with each brand.
Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates, ensuring timely product seeding, campaign coordination, and performance follow-ups.
Negotiate affiliate partnerships, commission structures, and campaign deliverables to maximize ROI.
Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including GMV, conversions, engagement, and ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Analyze affiliate and campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve results.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure affiliates receive high-quality marketing assets and campaign guidelines.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal events with affiliate partners to maximize sales impact.
Research TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor affiliate strategies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of affiliate outreach, partnerships, campaign performance, and reporting.
Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date with TikTok Shop features, affiliate program updates, platform policies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
Proven experience in TikTok Shop management
Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer outreach
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
