Role Summary
We are hiring an Affiliate Assistant to support our TikTok Shop affiliate operations. The key focus of this role is to identify and recruit creators, onboard them to our agency, provide product links, and track creator performance to help creators and brands grow GMV. Our portfolio includes both women’s and men’s brands, and you will work with both female and male creators.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Outreach & Onboarding
- Identify potential TikTok creators daily (UK focus) across fashion & lifestyle categories.
- Send outreach messages, introduce the collaboration, and onboard creators to our agency process.
- Maintain a creator contact list/CRM and follow up consistently to convert leads into active creators.
Affiliate Link & Product Support
- Share product links with creators and guide them on which products are high-potential.
- Support basic product selection: understand product features, target audience, and why an item may convert well.
- Coordinate with internal teams/brands to get updated links, commission changes, and priority products.
Creator Management & Content Coordination
- Communicate with creators to encourage posting and maintain posting consistency.
- Track creators’ videos and performance (posted videos, views/engagement, GMV/sales where available).
- Support creators by sharing quick recommendations (best products, best angles, campaign updates).
Performance Tracking
- Track and update creator performance data weekly (and daily when needed).
- Prepare simple reports: active creators, posted videos, best-performing products/creators, gaps and next actions.
- Flag issues early (creators not posting, low performance, wrong product matching) and propose next steps.
Collaboration with Brands
- Work with brand teams to identify creator needs and recruit more creators to promote the brand.
- Support sampling/requests and ensure creators receive the correct information to start posting.

Requirements
- Basic to good English communication skills (written and spoken) — comfortable messaging creators and joining simple calls when needed.
- Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience preferred (TikTok Shop or Amazon is a plus).
- Strong interest in fashion & lifestyle (women’s and men’s products).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with creators and building relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented (tracking sheets, follow-ups, link management).
- Strong and stable internet connection (required).
- Able to work independently, learn fast, and handle multiple tasks daily.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate/creator outreach, MCN/agency work, or influencer marketing.
