JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented TikTok AI Content Creator and Account Manager for a long-term bottom-of-funnel ecommerce content project.

You will research products and competitors, generate short 10-second AI videos, and post them to multiple TikTok accounts following our training, SOPs, and daily workflow.

No advanced experience with every AI tool is required because training and access will be provided. However, you must be comfortable learning quickly, following detailed instructions, creating content consistently, and managing multiple accounts responsibly.

Responsibilities
Research products, competitors, TikTok trends, hooks, and content ideas using our training and SOPs

Create short, engaging approximately 10-second TikTok videos designed to promote products and drive clicks or sales

Use AI tools provided by the company, including Kling, Higgsfield, and other video-generation/editing tools

Follow provided prompts, video structures, creative examples, product information, and posting schedules

Edit videos for TikTok using captions, hooks, product visuals, sound, text overlays, and clear calls to action when required

Upload, organize, and track completed videos in Google Drive, Sheets, or our content-tracking system

Log in to assigned TikTok accounts using the required VPN/proxy workflow and follow account-specific instructions

Post content carefully to multiple assigned TikTok accounts

Maintain account details, posting logs, video links, and content status accurately

Monitor basic content performance when requested and report results

Complete revisions promptly and communicate clearly with the team

Important account-management requirement
TikTok is strict about account access and location consistency. You must be comfortable following our exact VPN/proxy and login procedures when accessing assigned TikTok accounts.

You must:

Follow the provided account-access SOP exactly

Use only the assigned login method, VPN/proxy, device/browser profile, and account credentials

Never change account settings, passwords, recovery details, devices, or locations without permission

Never use company TikTok accounts for personal activity

Never share account access, credentials, content, or company information with anyone

Immediately report any login issue, warning, restriction, or unexpected account activity

Requirements
Experience using TikTok or creating short-form social-media content

Basic to intermediate video-editing ability with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools

Comfortable learning AI content-generation tools such as Kling and Higgsfield

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repeatable SOPs

Comfortable managing multiple TikTok accounts and keeping accurate posting records

Reliable internet connection and computer

Good written English and responsive communication

Able to complete a consistent daily workload and meet deadlines

Interested in a long-term role
