JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing apparel and creative brand building high-quality garments and culture-driven content.
We are looking for a full-time TikTok / Instagram Video Editor to join our internal media team.
This is not a freelance / project-based role. This is a dedicated, full-time position working directly with our team.

Software Experience Requirements :
You must be highly proficient in DaVinci Resolve.
This role requires advanced editing skills inside DaVinci — including:
Timeline management
Color correction / basic grading
Text overlays and captions
Audio balancing
Export settings for social platforms

If you are not experienced in DaVinci Resolve, you must be very strong in Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced level, not beginner).

DaVinci is strongly preferred.
If you only know Premiere, you must be confident and fast.

You must also be comfortable using:
Adobe Photoshop (for thumbnails, mockups, text overlays, resizing assets, etc.)
Basic knowledge is not enough — we are looking for someone who can work independently without constant technical guidance.

Work Schedule :
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Los Angeles Time, PST)
8 hours per day

Must be available and present during these hours

How You Will Work :
Remote into our company computer system
Edit directly on our machines using our software
Work via screen share and internal communication tools
Collaborate live with our media team
All files remain on our network. You will not download or store files locally.

This requires :
Strong internet connection
Professional workspace
Comfort working in a structured, monitored environment

Responsibilities :
Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
Cut quickly and cleanly
Add captions, music, pacing, and effects when appropriate
Follow brand guidelines
Deliver multiple edits per day
Work collaboratively with our in-house creative team

Requirements :
Excellent taste in pacing and visual rhythm
Strong understanding of short-form social content
Fast turnaround time
Attention to detail
Ability to take feedback and revise quickly
Professional communication
Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps preferred)
Willingness to work on-screen during shift hours

Bonus :
Experience editing apparel / lifestyle content
Understanding of viral TikTok formats
Motion graphics skills
