JOB OVERVIEW

We are Stratysis Markets, a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of e-commerce, trading, and data-driven strategy. We are continuously hiring high-performing Virtual Assistants to support multiple areas of our operations as we scale.

This role is ideal for individuals who are focused, reliable, and performance-driven, and who thrive in a structured, high-accountability environment.

Work Schedule & Availability (Required)

Full-time availability
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Must be dialed in to Slack calls for the full shift
Fully present and engaged on live calls (no multitasking or background distractions)
Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants must meet all of the following:
16GB RAM minimum
At least 2 monitors
200 Mbps+ stable internet connection (wired preferred)
Professional, quiet workspace
High-quality headset and microphone
Areas of Support

Depending on experience and strengths, Virtual Assistants may support:
E-commerce operations and asset purchasing
Order fulfillment and logistics
Administrative and operational support
Data entry, Excel, and analysis tasks
Process improvement and workflow optimization
Team coordination and internal communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable being on live calls for 4+ hours per day
Strong computer skills; Excel proficiency required
Detail-oriented, responsive, and dependable
Able to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment
