We have an AI thumbnail designer position available for a few of our YouTube channels.
Here are the requirements:

- Available most of the time
- Trainable/coachable
- Actively looking to improve your skills yourself
- Creative
- Able to create atleast 3 thumbnails per day (except Sunday)
- Able to do revisions on saturday

To apply for this position, our request is simple. Try to create an AI image better than these ones:

The title of the video is: "How Inuit Heat Their Homes At -84°F (-64°C)"

Create an image based on this video, the person who submits the best image/ thumbnail will get the full time position.

Make sure the image has these elements:

1. Super realistic picture
2. The people look Inuit with the eskimo furr cap
3. Their home should be an Iglo/tupiq

You're free to choose what concept to use however if you don't have any inspiration you can use our concept:

"An inuit person talking straight into the camera on the left/right on the picture and an iglo/tupiq behind her with eskimo family inside sitting around a campfire/heat source.

Of course, the more creative you are the better.

Ideally, you already have an understanding on how to create these images using AI and know which AI generator will work best to create these. If you don't know any, you'll have to research a lot and find which one works best. You can usually start free trails to test everything out or sometimes it's even free.

Tip: finetune the image using the Photoshop Beta AI generative tool to get the best result.

The person that creates the best image will get the position. This is what we offer for the position:

- 300 dollars per month starting wage, paid weekly for the first month. Increases to 400 dollars if everything goes well after the first month.
- Any account necessary to create these images will be paid and ready to use by our business.
