Thumbnail Designer Wanted — Full Time, Serious Money for Serious Killers

Let me be upfront so we don't waste each other's time.

I'm NOT looking for a 9-5, Monday-Friday designer who delivers the task and logs off. If that's you, this isn't your post.

I'm looking for a killer. Someone who treats channels like their own business. Someone who checks performance on Sunday night because they actually care whether their thumbnail is winning.

What this is:
Full-time position working directly with me across a portfolio of faceless YouTube channels. Base salary + performance bonuses that can exceed your salary in a good month. That's not a marketing line, it's how our whole team operates. Our editors already earn more from bonuses than base some months.

How the bonuses work:
You see a channel struggling and you proactively test new thumbnail concepts? Channel performance grows? Bonus. You repackage an old video and it goes viral? Bonus. You bring a concept I didn't ask for and it wins? Bonus. Simple: you provide value, you earn very well. You coast, you stay at base.

What I need from you:
- Proven experience with faceless YouTube / YouTube automation channels across several niches. This is non-negotiable, I need someone who already knows what a winning thumbnail looks like in this game
- CTR-driven mindset, you think in packaging, not just design
- Very very big experiences with AI
- Proactive to the core. I don't want to assign you tasks, I want you spotting opportunities before I do
- Available and hungry. The channels don't sleep on weekends and neither does the leaderboard
