JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

We are looking for a thumbnail designer to create thumbnails for our YouTube channels.

You would take a video topic/title, design 2 thumbnail variants for it, and deliver them on a fast turnaround (24-48 hours). There is NO video editing or scripting required. This is a thumbnails-only role. You MUST be skilled in Photoshop (preferred) or an alternative such as Canva, have a strong eye for what actually gets clicks (not just "looks nice"), be good at following a style guide, and have free time available on a regular weekly basis.

We would begin with a monthly salary. Further benefits and bonuses will be awarded to you if the thumbnails you create perform well and help us hit certain goals/milestones.
