JOB OVERVIEW

YouTube Thumbnail Artist Needed – $600- $700 / Month – approximately 40+ Thumbnails Per Week

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled YouTube thumbnail artist to join our team on a long-term basis.

Our channel creates content in the science / documentary / curiosity niche, and we need someone who can design high-quality, high-CTR thumbnails that make people stop scrolling and click.

This is not basic graphic design work.
We want someone who understands YouTube packaging, viewer psychology, emotion, and how to create thumbnails that feel clean, bold, modern, premium, and highly clickable.

Pay
$600- $700 USD per month

Workload
You will be creating approximately 30+ thumbnails per week.

We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to design for CTR and performance on YouTube.
